The orders are approved according to the following terms and conditions and are intended to be accepted by the Buyer.

The characteristics of the article illustrated in our catalogue are to be considered so lely for information and are approxi mate, with the ri ght to make any improvement or variati o n without any form of obligation.
ACQUISITION OF ORDERS: The orders are carried out only on unobjectionable opinion of the Seller, with " upon approval of manufacturer" clause.
PRICE: The price list are not binding amd may be modified, even with no pre-notofocation. The prices are intended VAT excluded and are ex works with charge on shipment.
DELIVERY: The tenns of delivery are always indicative and never binding. Any delay in delivery of the goods shall not constituate a reason for cance llati on or reducti on of the order .
SHIPMENT: The shipment of the goods will be carried out in the most convenient way for the customer and with no responsibility. The goods travel at the customer's risk and danger. No claim will be accepted following 8 days from approved acceptance of goods.
GUARANTY: All goods are convered by total guaranty for eventual manufacturing defects. The guaranty is not valid for those goods that feature sings of tempering or incorrect use.
PAYMENTS: All payments must be executed on Sellr's banking domicile and in compliance to the terms established with the customer.
APPLICABLE LAW: With respect to any all disputes, the parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Law Court in Bari.
